They not arrived, I am so sad about this
Hi Christine. Please let us know when you don't receive a package. We need to know about it so we can get the issue resolved. Please notify your local post office of the lost package. Usually your mail carrier knows where it went. If it is a lost package, I need to know about it so I can file a claim with the USPS to get the money back for the lost package. You need your money back too for a lost package or a replacement for the lost yarn. Unfortunately, the USPS looses or damages a few packages every holiday season. We have insurance on all our packages. - I will file a claim for this lost package. I do need correspondense from you to prove to the USPS that the package is lost.
