    We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for the purchase price minus shipping expenses. Items need to be in their original condition. We do not accept returns of yarn wound into cakes. We cannot accept returns that are covered in pet hair or smell of smoke or mothballs.

    Purchases of discounted items or discontinued items are final and not eligible for returns. If we made a mistake in your order fulfillment, we will send you a return label, so you can return it at no cost to you. We will ship your replacement items for no additional shipping costs.

    Superwash yarns will be okay in cold water, gentle cycle in the washing machine and in the dryer. I recommend a cold water wash in the sink with no-rinse wool wash and air drying your projects to prolong the life of your project.

    The silk blend yarns should be hand washed in the sink and air dried.

    A few dyes, such as the fluorescents, do not fully exhaust and may bleed a little with the first wash. If in doubt, steam block your items. This will prevent any dye transfer.

    We ship every day from Tuesday to Friday. We are closed on Sunday and Mondays. Average shipping times takes between 1-5 business days to ship. If you order multiple skeins, I make sure they are from the same lot. I may have to dye up a new batch for you so that all your yarn comes from the same dye batch. This may delay shipping, but not by much. I am known for quick shipping times.

    Sales are extremely busy and I get a rush of orders. Sale orders may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. I do not limit my order quantities and I want everyone to get what they want. This may delay my routine shipping times.

    When you place an order, I allow you 2 days to cancel your order unless I have already filled the order and shipped it out. I am pretty quick on fulfilling orders. If you wait after 2 days to cancel your order, I have committed to you to fulfill that order and do the work of making a hand dyed color way for you.
