Processing and Shipping Times

Processing times may vary on your order.   I fill and ship orders Monday through Friday.   My processing times are usually within 1-5 days.

If you order multiple skeins, I ensure they come from the same batch ( unless they are clearance items).  This means I may need to make another batch.   I usually process and ship orders in 1-5 days.

When I host a sale or clearance event, it may take up to 2 weeks to process and mail your order.   Hundreds of orders come in during a sale at times.   I do not limit items to stock on hand during a sale, so you can get exactly what you want.   I process the orders I have in stock, then I process the orders that I need to dye up.  

If you order items on clearance and add our core colors items,  I may have to dye up those core colors which may delay the clearance, in stock, items.
